Do your paintings come with a guarantee?

Yes. All of our paintings come with a one-year guarantee from date of receipt. Our guarantee covers every kind of depreciation not caused by mistreatment.

 

How will my oil painting be packaged?

Our main aim is to ensure that the paintings you purchase on our website are not in any way harmed on their way.

Framed Oil Paintings
Framed oil paintings are wrapped in bubble wrap, and packed in a cardboard box.

Non Framed Oil Paintings
The painting will be rolled up with protective paper and packed in a cardboard tube.

What kind of shipping service do you use?

We use TNT express shipping for all of our orders within Europe. Orders outside Europe will be sent using another currier depending on the country.
The currier will deliver the painting directly to your house. In case you will not be at home, they will leave a note saying when they will make a second attempt. In case you will again not be at home, they will leave a note with a telephone number and an address where you will be able to collect your painting. The painting will wait for you safely at the nearest depot to your house for one week before it will deliver back to us.

Why does it take up to 5 weeks for my painting to arrive?

Unlike other galleries and websites, we don’t believe in keeping many works in stock. In general, when you order from us, we commission the painting especially for you. The process of painting, drying, quality control, packing and shipping takes about 3 weeks. If you need something more urgently, we suggest choosing from one of our "In Stock" paintings which can be found here.

How can I be sure my painting won't be damaged during shipping?

We use the best packing and wrapping materials available to make sure your painting arrives safely to your door. If for some reason you believe your painting was damaged during delivery, please write to our customer service team and we replace it for you.

Track your order!

Once your order has been shipped, please check with DHL for status. Your tracking number has been sent you by e-mail once your painting has been picked up by DHL representative.
